How to use the Canadian news Links?

More Daily News Links

Unpopular news are links that have less than 15 hits 4 hours after being posted. A link will reamain on the front-page with less than 15 hits if its less than 4 hours old. If the link fails to gain 15 hits in the 4 hours it moves to the "dropped news" page.

Additionaly news that gets a certain amount of negative votes can fall off the homepage before the 4 hour period. News that has been dropped can move back to the homepage if it gets enough positive votes.
